It took a few trials to perfect an incredibly delicious grain free, gluten free, vegan bun. We sprouts our ingredients first, sunflower seeds, buckwheat groats, for a few hours, to remove enzyme inhibitors, to allow easier digestion, we then mix in flax, salt, olive oil, psyllium husk and water. Our buns are then baked,  the aroma fills the restaurant, and we can't wait to serve one with a few choice toppings, some favorites are cashew mayo, chickpea spread and our own hummus, or peanut butter or other nut butters. We sell our grain free buns in bulk to offer greater savings for the family.
